HEllo everyone... Greetings to you all. Please, I have a difficulty, I made a purchase through PayPal and my bank account was debited but the payment didn't go through,I received a message from PayPal that my money was refunded but I didn't get a message from my bank and worse still I can't see my balance on PayPal either from the login page or wherever, I have checked everything to no avail. Please how do I rectify this or what should I do to get the money back. Thanks
