I am a Graphic Designer from India and I have just created my Paypal Individual Account. I am confused between Individual and Business Accounts. Can I receive international payments without converting to business account. Because, it is asking purpose code and all. Are these steps really necessary or I can just go with my Individual Account to receive international payments. Please help...!
