As a new Business Account user in Kenya, my question lies with the fees, according to various PayPal sources the transaction percentile deduction for each transaction internationally is 3.9% plus 0.30 USD, the deductions however seem to vary after I logged into my account and went through the merchant fee section. Why?
Also are there any deductions incurred in transferring money from my PayPal merchant account to other PayPal accounts in the case of reimbursements and purchasing of goods through the account?
