When I pay for something with my Singapore PayPal account, the shipping address always shows Singapore as the city, even if the country is the United States. See the screenshot below. Most retailers don't seem to have a problem with this, but I recall that LL Bean could not complete the transaction because of the mismatch with what I had input on their website. Note that this is a recurring PayPal problem, not a Bean problem.
