Hi everyone - i bought a flight using Paypal and the payment is pending. I never received a confirmation email from southwest and after contact with them they cannot seem to find any record of my flight. This was about 6 hours ago. Paypal customer service has been no help - what are my options? Am i going to lose these flights?
