Hi, can somebody tell me if Bill me later option is still avealiable? If yes, how to enter the option?

Technically, "Bill Me Later" is now called "PayPal Credit".

That said, I have noticed that lately they have been displaying BML terminology again with the Smart Payment Integration as part of a split test, so who knows, maybe they'll start using BML again.

In any case, yes it's still available. You just need to choose that option as your funding source during checkout when using PayPal for payment.
