Being charged 3 times when applying for a PayPal pay in 3

I recently bought an item from the Palace store and after deciding to set up a PayPal pay in 3 I got the message that the first payment (£31) had been taken out twice so I decided to message the seller and they say that I have to contact PayPal. Not long after I look at my banking account balance and the funds had been taken you THREE TIMES but only one payment had been taken out on the PayPal app... I’m not happy at all.

I have the same problem, I have been trying to resolve the problem. I contacted the seller and they verify that they only charged me once while I do believe because I have bought something from them in the past and that has never happened and I also been trying to get a hold of paypal but that has not been easy to contact them or have someone to email me, the next step I am heading to my bank soon and try to resolve the problem, unbelievable.
