Bank account

To receive money is it required to link bank account? My credit card is already linked and I reside in USA if that makes difference. Thank you for support.

Thank you for contacting PayPal. 

For you to start receiving payments just kindly make sure that you confirm your email address.

If you only have a credit card linked to your PayPal account  it's totally fine.  As soon as you receive the payment,  with PayPal Cash account or PayPal Cash Plus account you can keep this money in PayPal and use it to send a payment.
