Balance payments are being rejected

Hi all,

On two recent dates I've tried to send payments towards reducing my balance,but both got rejected by Paypal.

I don't want this to get in the way of keeping regular payments going.Are there any known issues with the system at present?

The dates were March 10th and 12th.There are enough funds in my bank to cover payments.
