BSTOCK ENTERPRISES LTD. SCAM?

This company is a.k.a. Beyond Vault.  

I made the mistake of ordering a rather expensive toy through them as a Christmas gift.  I am not told by them that it may take as long as another month for it to be shipped.  They provided no tracking number and are minimally responsive.  I attempted to cancel the order immediately after placing it.  They did not respond to repeated messages to two emails and through their online form.  Finally, days later they replied, saying that unfortunately the item had already shipped.  I am now finding reviews of the ordered item, saying that it is not at all as described.

I wonder how I should proceed at this point?  I imagine that it is coming--if at all--on a slow boat from China.  Should I refuse delivery?  At what poinbt may I file a claim through the PP Resolution Center?

I ordered an excavator from them . It took about 5 weeks to come in. I didn’t receive a manual with it and it doesn’t work correctly either. I can’t se to get a response from the company either. Very frustrating!

I currently have a dispute with Paypal. I ordered 2 excavators and 2 dump trucks. After 2 months, I received both excavators and 1 dump truck in 3 separate deliveries. The dump truck and 1 excavator do not work. Replies from Beyond Vault were sporatic and not helpful, then they just ceased communication. They have responded to the dispute and provided Paypal with one tracking number that states I did receive a delivery - they neglected to state that there were 4 separate shipments. Hoping this claim is settled in my favor or I have paid $212.90 for nothing!

I just went through this paid 50.55 to send back and PayPal won't give me refund because it's intransit after a months time. This comapnies address u can't even find on Google maps. I only received 1 item which I sent back n didn't receive the other three and I'm out 200 dollars. SCAM and PayPal is just as bad did everything I was told to

I received a message from PayPal informing me that I must return the shipments and provide tracking in order to receive a refund.

So I went to the local pack and send store, and they informed me that in order to ship the three items it would cost just shy of $200.  (The worthless junk itself was $149.)  I wrote to PayPal about this days ago, complaining that the sham company's "refund" policy is bogus, but PayPal has yet to reply.

I guess we live and learn.  Meanwhile, these crooks will continue to get away with it.

Yes I do agree. This company it is a scam. I bought Paint Scratch Repair Agent ( HGKJ ). I did pay £19.99. The same product a Amazon cost around £3. Please don’t buy anything from this company. For they are proper scams and need to be investigated. Also waited around 3 weeks fir the product to arrive. Not good.
