Awaiting Payment need acceptance

Hi, Someone is trying to send me money via PP, but it is saying from her end that I need to accept payment. There is no option on my account to do this. Any ideas? Cheersxx

Sounds as if its showing as unclaimed on her account in which case double check the email address she is using to send the money and make sure there are no spelling errors.

Also have you confirmed your email address AND is it being sent in a currency you can accept ie added to your paypal wallet as a receiving currency?

Hi, I spoke with live chat also and it would seem the problem is at my friends end. So she is checking all the details are correct etc. Lets hope she works it out. Thank you so much for your very helpful reply too. x
