Person has said they have sent me money ...he says i have not accepted it and shown screen shot of it pending nut on my account there is nothing pending

Scam. Screenshots can be faked; people can lie but... 

Call PayPal and see if you have any payments not registering to your account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
