So I purchase something that cost $27 and when I went to pay with PayPal I got charge $591 wich I never agree to pay that amount. When I went to resolution center inmediatly they close the case saying that they are going to pay the seller and basically that I lost my money, Now is not letting me claim for this because the case is closed. The seller never send the item that I pay so no money and no item. And PayPal resolution center in clear Knowledge of the situation they are not helping me to protect me from this scam. I would like to know what are my options to escalate the issue and get this payment refunded back to me?
