Adding a payment method

I’ve tried to add both a Discover credit card and a Visa credit card to my PayPal account. The visa was excepted but when I try to check out or pay for an invoice it’s saying the card is not accepted and I need to chose another payment. I’ve contacted the credit card banks and they’re saying they don’t see anything wrong with my cards and they able to be added to PayPal.

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code?

Can send you the correct link if you say what country you are in.

Haven’t tried that. In the USA.
