Activity tab error

Hi guys,
I have a problem with the "Activity" tab. There is nothing displayed once clicking to the "Activity" tab, so I can not see the transaction details or accept/refund to my customer. Its happen for a long time and still not fix until now. I also try to check the transaction in Paypal app but I just can see the transaction's detail but there is no option for processing.
There are a lot of transaction need to process 😞
I have emailed and called to the PayPal help center but nothing change.
Any body ever meet this kind of error and can help me for this case?

I'm sorry to hear that there's what sounds like a technical issue viewing your Activity page. Please check to make sure that you're using an updated version of your browser, and that you try clearing the cookies and cache and restarting the browser.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Error - Sorry, PayPal Plus is currently not available in My Money Archives
- Haven't Recieved Friend Refferal Money in Products and Services Archives
- Debit card not active for refund in Payments Archives
- Adding bank account error need to contact customer support in My Money Archives
- PayPal in Messenger 'Attachment unavailable' in My Account Archives
