Paypal has been tapping on my nerves lately. I tried to buy from Ebay but the link to Paypal didn't work and the behaviour was so weird I had to change my Paypal password. Now I have been downgraded by Ebay for lack of payment what doesn't matter at all because I am not using Ebay anymore. I have my subscription to Netflix on Paypal and it has been stoped during one day because they where unable to get the payment. I asked my bank and they were not receiving any request. Then yesterday I tried to pay something from British Airways but just got an error message (try later...), instead I used the same credit card to pay directly to BA and that worked perfectly. This morning I had a statement from Paypal saying that I submited an order to BA and my account will be charged. It will not, that has already being paid, silly you! Well, at least I have 180 days to go to the Resolution Center... so that is what I did and...  nope, I cannot cancel the transaction because the code doesn't work (again another error message).

But all this is not really the BIG problem. The BIG problem is paypal. No way to access them, no email address, no way to ask anyone what it is happening, not a form, nothing. Just a telephone number in another country that I am not going to use. I don't want to. The problem has a name: LACK OF SERVICE. Service means communication, it means an effective way to talk to the people dealing with YOUR money. Service means to ditch all those links if your help pages sending your customers again and again to the most useless FAQ page in the history of Internet. And service it is the least of things we can ask for.

Thank you for nothing. next time I'll choose better my financial services

I agree.  Paypal is having issues lately and I am going to quit them too.
