About American Express Credit Card Link and Confirm My Card

I used an American Express credit card linked to my PayPal account and confirmed my card with a 1.95USD charge, but unfortunately, after five days, PayPal still hasn't refunded me the charge.

Allow 30 days for your card issuer to process the refund back to your card ( 1 billing cycle) longer in some countries.
