ACH deposit

I got approved for a loan and I was notified that the money has been sent to my account, but no money has shown up in my account, should I be worried? Does PayPal not offer ACH?

A loan from who? PayPal Working Capital? If you were approved for a PPWC loan, it should appear in your PayPal account within minutes.
