Why I cannot pay for the online shopping? I have tried for hours and it always show me that message (A transaction has been declined on your Cash Passport Card)
When I contacted the online shopping, they told me that they have verified that my payment and it is showing as Refused by PayPal !
I did nothing wrong!! What should I do? How can I pay???
