A shopify customer paid using PayPal (which I didn't realise was a possible option!) PayPal then emailed and prompted me to set up an account, which I did. But I can't see the funds anywhere.
I am getting more emails from PayPal prompting me to collect the funds, but when I follow the link in the email there doesn't seem to be any funds waiting for me in the account. Help!
