I sold item on ebay, ebay send money to PayPal with wrong email.

Back to ebay help, they not know how to solve, 

PayPal tell me ask eBay  make mech email 

Both side not help, my money is nowhere?

I don't know that unknown email come to payment invoice.

What to do. Help
