missing 5 transactions and have transaction numbers - Paypal giving the runaround

I use a third party subscription software for my business.  This software creates invoices, receives payment through Paypal and Wepay, connects to Quickbooks.  It's supposed to be seamless.

 

I am missing 5 transactions from Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2018.

 

Paypal at first said the transactions were "unclaimed" and returned to the buyer.  When I asked for documentation, I was put on hold for 45 minutes.  Hung up, called back and a the next person said the transactions just plain don't exist.  

 

Have reached a brick wall on this.  The deposits total about $500
