Pulling my hair out trying to respond in the resolution centre x 10 times and an error message displays each time! I am told that the case will close if I don’t respond and I can’t find a number to call anyone - any advice please?
I'm having the same problem and running out of time before the case closes! No one available to answer phones. Right time wasting pain!
