Log in to your account and go to Account Settings -> Business Information.

This link should take you directly there:  https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/account/aboutBusiness

On this screen you'll see your PayPal Account Merchant ID.  This example is pulled from my sandbox/test account.

In most cases you could also use your PayPal account email address anywhere it's asking you for a merchant ID.  But then you'd need to remember to update that if you ever change the email inside your account.
