I keep getting this when ever a buyer wants to buy with his or her cards same thing too with my cards "We weren’t able to add this card. Check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card" Please how can I resolved this issue

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Can you please contact your website developer or the support of the third party platform WooCommerce to cross check the PayPal environment (LIVE/Sandbox) integrated on your website. 

Sandbox is test environment and working fine with test card details. 

Test credit card used for Sandbox test environment can't to processed via LIVE production.

This error usually occurs when there is an issue with the funding source.

Once verified, I would suggest to please process a test payment via valid card which is not linked to your PayPal account. Since, merchant can't process self payments.
