Venmo payment link at checkout Not Working Mobile Phone

The Venmo payment link at checkout does not work from a mobile phone (using advanced card processing plugin). It opens to a link (https://history.paypal.com/smart/checkout/venmo/popup?.... page) which immediately closes. Then I get an error message: Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source. Please help!

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

Third party platforms eCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

 

I would suggest to please contact the third party eCommerce and make sure whether your approved to accept ACDC (Advanced credit and debit card) payments. 

 

Before you go live:

  1. Log into the PayPal Developer Dashboard with your PayPal business account.
  2. Complete production oboarding so you can process cards with your live PayPal business account.
  3. Request Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments for your business account to accept card payments on your website.
 
 
 

If your still facing issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.
