Something Went Wrong Error Message

I have a paypal integration with calendly my online appointment booker. After a client picks a time the must pay a fee to book the appointment. Upon clicking the paypal button to pay it says "something went wrong" no other information. It was working fine for weeks I am not sure what has changed. I have disconnected and reconnected the integration between paypal and calendly and I have also deleted and re-entered the code from calendly into my website builder which is Godaddy. The problem persist please help.

hello, were you able to find a solution for this? I am having the exact problem and I can't seem to find a solution

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

I would suggest to please process a test payment via card which is not linked to your PayPal account. Since, merchant can't process self payments.

 

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.
