Some IPN stuck in a queue for the last 3 days

Hello, I have an issue with some IPN staying in a queue indefinitely, instead of being sent to my server.
How do I flush this queue? I don't have any Resend button on a queued IPN. Some of them are here for more than 2 days, and my clients are still waiting that the service they paid for be activated on my server.
Phone support is unreachable, and this is urgent.

Here is a screenshot of the queued IPN for the last 5 days, using the filter. Note that it's not all the IPN, just a few of them :
