I have tried both on and off for the checkbox in the settings. I have also tried this with settings for shipping calculated by both amount and quantity. No matter what I do, I cannot get my default shipping options to appear in the cart. It does work when I put an amount in the shipping field in the button creator, but I want to be able to modify how much I charge for shipping multiple items.
