I just want to ask if there's a problem on SANDBOX paypal? I'm currently testing payments for my website using sandbox paypal. It's working yesterday, But not working today since morning. 

I really need answers ASAP.

I have same problem being redirected to:

https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=27aad67feed2c&code=ERROR&mf...

Error message is very descriptive... Please help.

something must have been changed overnight.. I have been testing fine last night... today though, since the early morning I am getting the page as in my previous post
