I removed my card from my PayPal account because I couldn't make any purchases so I thought if I remove it and add to other account it would work but I got an email that I can't add this same card again and when I'm trying to do it I get this message " Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions" so I called my bank and they said that it was blocked from PayPal and they proceeded that it was my purchases made and not unauthorized purchases... I need to make a payment atleast in 7hours
