Problem with PayPal cart from18th July 2018

After running OK for 10 years, in the middle of last week I got customers complaining that they could not pay for goods. The page was https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=86c2a6dd59891&code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR The message was things do not seem to working please try later. Any ideas as to how to solve this? Alan
