I have a shopify website (https://dressupfast.com/), and I'm using PayPal Express Checkout
as a payment provider. I have done the integration using the instructions here (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/paypal/set-up-paypal) and this process was successful. However, When customers try and checkout a product and pay using paypal, they get the below error.
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined."
My paypal business account is in Taiwan.
