No sockaddr Errors received after Paypal transactions

Hi,
Please can anyone help me understand what No sockaddr info for "*paypal.com", referer: https://www.paypal.com/means? We get this error in our firewall when customers try to pay. The money is deducted from the credit cards but we do not receive any updates. I can confirm all Paypal IP's and domains are allowed on the firewall. Here is the full message
