Latest PayPal Payment Software Does Not Appear to be Compatible with America Online (AOL) Browser

PayPal Tech sent me 1 email on this. They then closed it as "resolved:" without contacting me and now do not appear to want to talk to me again. I resolved the problem by using a Microsoft Edge browser.  It is pretty apparent the latest PayPal software does NOT support the AOL browser. The ebay seller I was buying from was NOT happy that AOL users who might bid and buy in his ebay auctions just had an additional hurdle put in their way by PayPal forcing these bidders to leave AOL and switch to another browser in order to pay for their items.  He was also NOT happy that ebay support kept telling him the problem must have been caused by "a problem with my ebay or PayPal account." Obviously nothing was wrong with my accounts when I was able to pay for the item using Microsoft Edge and PayPal with no problems. The problem was obviously with the PayPal software NOT being compatible with AOL. In my one initial contact with PayPal Tech Services, they said that they already were aware of problems with PayPal payment screens and "Chrome" browsers. Evidently they had not heard from AOL users yet. Also at that point ALL PayPal system status Internet displays showed all products were operating "Normally" however.

Case # 06602274- NOT RESOLVED

Just tried to pay for my item again - see attached graphics to show the results. I think PayPal should consider dropping back to their old software release until they get this figured out and fixed.

Hi David,
Reply from PayPal:

I am sorry to hear of the continued troubles. Please clear the cache and cookies on your computer and I suggest using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Thank you for your patience and I hope you have a great day.

My reply to the above comment:

So, PayPal has made a profit based decision to stop supporting a browser (AOL) that it has supported for decades?  Why didn't you make the suggestions below BEFORE you closed my contact as resolved?
