Integration Builder "Debit or Credit Card" Button, total not calculated with Quantity Selector

Steps

  1. Use the Integration Builder
  2. For button type choose "Single-select List"
  3. Add the various options with their prices
  4. Select "Add Quantity Selector" option.

Issue

When I choose the PayPal Checkout button, I get redirected to a page that has the total calculated (price x quantity) as the total to be billed. When I select the Debit or Credit Card button, the user details entry fields are displayed but the total (price x quantity) is not calculated or displayed.
