How to get QR code operational with the non-help from tech support

I created a QR code that worked. However, QR tech support cannot find the issue that it now reports to users 'This Business account, blah blah blah'. Anyway, I have been told by 3 people in QR support it is on PP side. Nobody creates a ticket even though twice they said they were going to. I want this code to work since I printed 1000s of flyers!

 

Any thoughts? Any ideas how to get tech support to be honest and provide a solution.
