Hi! i really need help

Error Message - *Paypal virtual terminal We cant process your payment. Please Try Again Later*

i need help, i have been using the virtual terminal for years and now any new client when i try and accept the payment i get this message every time, however any exiting clients i can accept the payments with out fail, it just seems to be any new clients can anyone explain why this keeps happning i have contacted paypal direct and they really do not know.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This should be an issue with the customer/buyer funding source. 

Can you please request the customers/buyers to cross check with their respective bank support who should be able to verify the card status.

Or, you can ask the customer/buyer to provide a different/valid card details and process the payment.
