Hi! i really need help Error Message - *Paypal virtual terminal We cant process your payment. Please Try Again Later* i need help, i have been using the virtual terminal for years and now any new client when i try and accept the payment i get this message every time, however any exiting clients i can accept the payments with out fail, it just seems to be any new clients can anyone explain why this keeps happning i have contacted paypal direct and they really do not know.
