Emails from PayPal have changed to a unfriendly format

I have been selling on eBay/PayPal for longer than I can remember.. But 4 years ago, I setup a small business where i sold many orders per day.

Over the years I have fine tuned my process, but it involved copying the address from the Payment email from PayPal and pasting it into my Brother Label printer.. The address was in a perfect format, and I could just copy/pate it...

But a few months back, I started to get the odd random payment email where the format was completely differnet.. It was a combination of human and machine readable.. But main problem was that each line of the address ended with literally 100s of spaces.. This makes copy/pasting it almost impossible.

I thoguht nothing of it at the time, but I started to get more and more of these emails.. Until a few weeks back, EVERY mail I now get is this "new" and "unfriendly" format...

Where as before the address looked like this:

Its not just the address. the WHOLE mail is padded with sapces. Its hard enough to read on a PC mail client.. but on a phone its a joke.. The mails are about 50 pages long.. And 48 pages are spaces.

This can't be right, but i have contacted PP and they have passed this onto "IT" and because "I am the only one seeing this" they can't fix it...

I am heading towards my busiest period as a seller (Christmas) and this is going to be a nightmare as where as I used to be able to print a label in 2-3 seconds.. its now taking me 10x longer...

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get PayPal to change/fix this?
