Chrome browser and PayPal app are conflicting

There is a serious error in the Paypal App. If you have the PayPal app installed on your smartphone(android), clicking the link(hyperlink) in the form paypal.me/username in the Chrome browser does not open the link. I tested it on several devices(android). If you go to the link below, there is a link <removed> click on it and you will be able to check the problem. It seems that the Chrome browser and PayPal app are conflicting.
