Cannot Recieve Payment (Vendor)

Hi guys, I've got a webstore I set up, and it was all working fine, but I've had a number of customers complain they cannot pay via PayPal from their cards, only the current balance, which is annoying. I have tested it myself and the error pops up.
"We're sorry, but we couldn't complete your purchase using the funding source you selected. You can complete your purchase with the funding source shown, or choose another way to pay."
I can't figure out what might be causing this, I have verified our account and provided all business details etc. Would appreciate any insight.
