App system limitation

App activation has been limiting on my account to complete the confirmation of identification through the registration of bank detail... How could I solve this matter??

Thank you for replying, Jyoti. I am afraid to ask you what your instruction recommended for my case. As I connected with Paypal community (include you) via Help icon on Paypal App page. Whether the meaning of connective Support team via Chat service or Call center not?? In addition, I have alrready communicated once with customer support staff via the Chat service, it hasn't works well for solving the problem... I expect your kind consideration if you would give me precise instruction of it in another way. Once again, I appreciate you that read and response my inquiry. Kind regards
