i recieved a request for payment for an item through pay pal, but it was sent sent through sms. there is a link to pay, but it takes me straight to the mobile site, and when i log in it says i do not have enough funds to cover the item. I do not have any funds in my account or have my debit card linked to my account because i do not yet have my debit card(it is a new bank account). howevr, i do have my checking account linked to paypal, and i have already used paypal to pay for one item(by echeck). However it will not let me do so on the mobile site(pay by echeck). also i am using a full computer, but when i go to the desktop homepage, the request does not appear(because it has not yet been linked to my account i suppose). what do i need to do to pay the request, when the only link in the email is to the mobile site which wont let me pay by echeck?
