You can try entering multiple zeros as the postcode when trying to complete this transaction but there is no guarantee that this payment will complete processing.
PayPal Here is ideally made to be used within the UK to process payments for UK customers. If you are unable to complete this payment for an Irish customer, it won't be possible to process the payment for them using your PayPal Here card reader.
