Europe Coverage For Card Reader

What is the coverage like for the PayPal Here card reader like? Anyone had any problems? Looking at using it in France and Germany.

You have to be in the UK to sign up for and use PayPal Here I'm afraid.

I'm all sign up for, got the machine and app etc all in the uk. Are you saying that I can't use it in europe?
