When I try and sync the card reader with my iPad it connects for about a second then syas not connected. i have tried many times and get the same response. Any idea why?

Hi vinifera,

 

Is your iPad up to date with the latest software?

 

I would suggest removing the app and re-installing it, then go to your iPad Settings and turn on Bluetooth again. You’ll see a list of available Bluetooth devices. Once you pair the reader and ensure it is 100% charged you should not have a problem.
