Hi dobemom53,

Welcome!

You can change your PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Buyer Credit billing statement from online statements or paper statements by going to the PayPal Credit Service Site. Here's how:

  1.
    1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
    2. Click "My Account" at the top of the page.
    3. Click "See Credit Activity" in the PayPal Buyer Credit or PayPal Plus Credit Card section to go to the PayPal Credit Service Site provided by GE. Note: You can also go to your "Profile" and then click your PayPal Credit product.
    4. Click "View Statements."
    5. Click "Change Statement Delivery Options" under the statement date drop-down box.
    6. Click the "Continue to Statement Delivery Options" button.
    7. Review the page and click "Continue."

Or call us at:

Amanda,

Following the directions you provided does not work, and the phone number given is no longer in service!  I do want to receive at least one paper statement so that I can properly set payments up on my bank account.

same was done to me this past june and july. no statements were sent and i wasnt aware of my bill. i cancelled the card after hearing this nonsense. worst showing of a credit card arrangement i'd ever experienced, very unprofessional and bad business.

I have the same problem.  I've repeatedly told them, and I thought changed to PAPER STATEMENTS but nothing seems to work.  PayPal, among others, has discovered if they don't put you back on paper statements you probably will forget to pay their bill and they luck out and get $38 or more for a late payment.  Everytime I use my PayPal card to buy something online I have to be sure and remember I owe my PayPal account or I'll end up paying late fees because they once you opt to see your account online and not get paper statements they want to keep you on that, you are more likely to forget you owe money when you only see the billing online and don't receive a bill in the mail.  PayPal and others want that late payment fee any way they can get it.

This procedure does not work for me either.  Someone needs to educate the people who provide answers for this forum.  I have not seen a paper or internet statement since August.  Seems like the word fraud comes to mind.....
