card security show up on my statement  and charges are like 50 bucks ,what is this and can it be taken off ,thanks for the help

I'm guessing you have the PayPal Extras MasterCard or PayPal Smart Connect credit line?

Usually Card Security refers to a debt protection program offered by these two credit lines.

I had to edit your posts as we don't allow phone numbers on the board for security reasons.  I recommend calling that number for more information about the program or why the charge was that high.  I wasn't able to find anything specific but you might also be able to view more information about this program in your PayPal account.
