My new MasterCard arrived, but it is not customized.

When I was approved for the Paypal Extras Mastercard, I uploaded and customized my card. I just got my card in the mail and it's the standard blue Paypal Mastercard.

 

What gives?
I clicked the "Customize Card' link again on my profile, and went through the process again, but I don't know if it will work, and I hope I'm not charged for a second customization...

 

Of course there's no way to contact customer service for this card except by telephone, and I'm sure they will have no idea what is going on.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I didn't see your question until now.

 

It took about a week to get the non-customized card. I'm still not able to customize it.

I am still not able to customize my card.

 

I called Customer Service more than once about it and all they can tell me is "try again! Try again!" I've uploaded my card image like 40 times now and it hasn't taken...

 

EXCEPT the one time I used a PNG instead of JPG. And I got a notice saying my image was rejected.

 

Which is TERRIBLE, because there's nothing about the image that violates the rules. When I wrote to customer service inquiring, I never got a response.

 

I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with Paypal's customer service lately. It's really totally unacceptable, and a far cry to the company I used to be proud to do busines with.

Same thing happened to me. Added a scenery image to my custom card. it was approved via email. then my card arrived and it's the standard blue one. Contacted Customer Service and all they did was transfer me around. They said my custom card was sent out on the 19th of April and I believe that is the standard blue one that I got. They told me it is probably lost and I should cancel my card. There hasn't been any unusual purchases on my card so I am positive that only one card was sent out and that is the custom one I order just they never put my picture on it and instead gave me a standard image one. I'm not going to hassle myself more with cancelling and reordering. And upon reading your post, i'm positive that I got the card I ordered just they never put my picture on it...
